I installed a coupon printer, but my coupons are not printed. Help!?!?

I tried and tried again after printing coupons and coupons.com allyou.com. The coupon printer is required to print the coupons you install it. (At least the message I'm receiving), but none of the coupons never print. I have read the troubleshooting guide, but nothing beats my problem. My browser is compatible (IE 8), my operating system (Vista) is compatible, and I have a default printer (HP) has selected. Nothing works, and I do can not have all the answers of the web pages. Any clue what is wrong? Has had the same problem and how did you solve this problem? I guess I've been told that the coupon printer utility.
